Oasis Petroleum Inc. retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell Williston Basin producing properties in North Dakota and Montana.

The offer comprises a consolidated HBP acreage position covering 17,893 net acres excluding Bakken/Three Forks rights and 594 boe/d (90% oil) of forecasted October net production primarily from the Madison Formation.
