International Energy Corp., an operating subsidiary of Australia's AusTex Oil Ltd., retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell all of its assets with operated and nonoperated production in the Midcontinent region in Creek, Tulsa, Pawnee, Payne and Lincoln counties, Okla. The offering includes average 50% working interest and 43.75% net revenue interest.
