EagleClaw Midstream, a Midland, Texas-based private midstream company operating in the heart of the Permian’s Delaware Basin, joined Our Nation’s Energy Future (ONE Future), the natural gas coalition said April 8.
As a ONE Future member, EagleClaw Midstream will report the company’s 2019 methane results as part of the gathering and boosting and processing sectors within the coalition. The company will also hold a seat on ONE Future’s board of directors. The addition brings the total number of member companies to 24.

EagleClaw continuously looks for ways to improve the environmental performance of its operations, according to the company’s president and CEO, Jamie Welch, who added that the ONE Future membership only serves to further support those goals.
“We are committed to protecting and preserving the environment and encouraging the efficient use of natural resources,” Welch said in a statement.
ONE Future released the 2018 Methane Intensity Report last fall. The coalition registered a 2018 methane intensity number of 0.326%, a decrease of 41% from 2017 demonstrating that the natural gas industry can minimize methane emissions and increase production and throughput, according to a press release from the group.
EagleClaw is the largest private gas processor in the Delaware Basin, with 1,320 MMcf/d of capacity and more than 1,300 miles of operated pipelines. The company, which is also a partner on the Permian Highway project, has long-term dedications for gas, crude and water midstream services in place from roughly 30 producers in the basin.
