Priced upsized public offering of 9.5 million common shares and granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase about 1.42 million additional shares. Offering expected to close Dec. 7. Net proceeds will support acquisition of about 4,100 additional, net Midland Basin oil and gas acres. They will also reduce debt and support general purposes.
