Description

In Logan County, Okla., a B.R. Polk Inc. completion pumped 50 bbl of 38-degree-gravity oil, 30 Mcf of gas and 500 bbl of water per day at the second re-entry of a Nemaha Ridge producer. The #1 Steinway is in Section 28-17n-4w. Production is from two lightly acidized intervals of Ordovician Second Wilcox at 6,174-6,202 ft and 6,210-22 ft. The Crescent-Lovell Field well was originally completed in 2007 and the 6,700-ft well pumped 84 bbl of 40-degree-gravity oil, 77 Mcf of gas and 12 bbl of water daily from Basal McLish at 6,487-97 ft after acidizing and fracturing. B.R. Polk is based in Oklahoma City.
