Zarvona Energy retained Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse LLC to sell certain leasehold assets within the Permian Basin in southeast New Mexico through a sealed-bid offering.
The offer includes producing properties across various fields in Lea County, N.M., covering 8,715 gross (743 net) acres.
Highlights:
- Working interest of 1.9% to 46.9% and 1.4% to 35% net revenue interest;
- Operated by Apache, Concho, Legacy, Trilogy and Yates;
- Last six months net production: roughly 9 barrels per day of oil and 42,000 cubic feet per day of gas; and
- Last six months net cash flow of about $11,300 per month (through July 2018).
