US Oil & Gas Holdings LLC retained Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse LLC to sell certain leasehold assets within the Permian Basin in West Texas through an auction.
The offer includes 247 gross (62 net) acres in the South Garden City Field in Glasscock County, Texas, with production from the Wolfcamp Formation.
Highlights:
- Working interest of 25% and 18.75% to 18.99% net revenue interest;
- Operated by Apache Corp.;
- Net production of about 0.74 barrels per day of oil and 7,000 cubic feet per day of gas;
- Downspacing to 20 acres could provide additional drilling locations;
- US Oil & Gas owns depths to the base of the Fusselman Formation; and
- Productive horizons include: Cline, Fusselman, Wolfcamp and potential within the shallow Clearfork.
