Titan Energy LLC has retained Detring Energy Advisors to sell its Arkoma Basin producing properties, gathering system and leasehold located in Le Flore, Pittsburg, Haskell, Latimer and Coal counties, Okla., and Sebastian County, Ark.
The assets offer an attractive opportunity to acquire cash flow positive assets with low 8% annual production decline and over 100,000 net acres throughout Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas, according to Detring.
