New Dawn Energy LLC is offering nonoperated interests in Delaware Basin assets through a sales process being handled by Riviera-Ensley Energy Advisors.
The offer comprises a stake in the Sergeant Project in Culberson County, Texas, which is operated by Concho Resources Inc. (NYSE: CXO). The assets also include HBP acreage with production and development in the Wolfcamp, Bone Spring and Avalon formations.

- 29 producing wells, one saltwater disposal;
- Average net cash flow for the last 12 months of $221,000 per month (last month was $314,000 per month);
- 2,850 HBP acres;
- Working interest of 5.98%-6.25%;
- Net revenue interest of 4.49%-4.69%;
- 111 additional proved locations;
- 76 proved undeveloped locations;
- 17 Wolfcamp A;
- 17 Wolfcamp B;
- Seven Wolfcamp D;
- 18 Third Bone Spring; and
- 35 proved locations (modeled to be drilled after five years).
