Description

A Stack play-Lower Meramec completion by Marathon Oil Co. is producing 1.317 Mbbl of oil, 2.38 MMcf of gas and 2.002 Mbbl of water per day. The Anadarko Basin well, #1-2-11XH Strack, is in Section 2-16n-11w in Blaine County, Okla. The 20,066-ft well has a true vertical depth of 10,173 ft and it bottomed to the south in Section 11-16n-11w. A second well drilled from the pad, #1-1-12MXH Calf Rope 1611, is a Lower Meramec producer. It was tested flowing 1.385 Mbbl of oil, 2.15 MMcf of gas and 1.78 Mbbl of water per day. A parallel lateral was drilled to 20,104 ft, 10,218 ft true vertical, and bottomed to the south in Section 12-16n-11w. Production is from a fractured zone at 10,305-19,883 ft.
