Description
In Wyoming’s Echo Springs Field on the northern flank of the Washakie Basin, BP Plc completed a horizontal Lewis Sand well. Located in Section 13-19n-92w of Carbon County, Wyo., #13-155H High Point was tested flowing 238 bbl of oil/condensate (51-degree-gravity) with 1.705 MMcf of gas and 1.207 bbl of water per day. Production is from a horizontal lateral extending from 8,934 ft southeastward to 13,562 ft, 8,009 ft true vertical. It was tested on a 32/64-in. choke following fracture stimulation in 23 stages between 9,170 and 13,457 ft.
