The board of directors at Houston American Energy Corp. authorized the buyback of up to 3 million common shares, the company said Nov. 13.
The repurchases will be made from time to time on the open market at prevailing market prices or in negotiated transactions off the market. The program will run through June 30, 2016 unless extended or shortened by the board.
