Exterran Holdings Inc., Houston, (NYSE: EXH) has priced a previously announced secondary offering of 4.6 million common units in Exterran Partners LP (Nasdaq: EXLP) to undisclosed parties, at $21.60 per common unit, for total proceeds of approximately $99.4 million.
Exterran Partners did not sell any common units in this offering, and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the common units by Exterran Holdings.
The offering is expected to close on Sept. 13.
Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are joint book-running managers.
