Additional completion details were not provided by the Houston-based company.

6 Two 7,600-ft. wildcats targeting D and J sands have been scheduled by Edward Mike Davis LLC in Kimball County, Neb. The #11-7 Baluska will be drilled in Section 7-15n-58w, and #41-12 Baluska in the northeast portion of Section 12 in partial township 15n-59w. The ventures are about one mile west-northwest of the abandoned Tee-A Field discovery, #1 Nickell, which was completed in 1975 pumping 172 bbl. of oil per day from J sand at 7,322-58 ft. Nearly two miles northwest is three-well Ruth Field, a J-sand oil pool on the Nebraska/Wyoming border. Since the field was opened in 1985, it has produced 452,515 bbl. of oil, 15.4 million cu. ft. of gas and 137,256 bbl. of water. Edward Mike Davis is based in Houston.

Most land in the U.S. is divided into townships—rectangular tracts six miles square. The township, in turn, is divided into 36 numbered sections, each a one-mile square. The lines running north-south and dividing east from west are called range lines. The lines running east-west and dividing north from south are township lines.

A well in Section 15-Township 4 north-Range 3 east is abbreviated: 15-4n-3e.
