Pinnacle Group Unlimited Inc., Las Vegas, (Pink Sheets: PGPU) has agreed to purchase of all the assets and liabilities of Tulsa, Okla.-based Maverick Energy Group Inc., a gas field operator, in exchange for 95 million Pinnacle shares for a deal value of some $5.7 million. Maverick's management team will assume management of Pinnacle Group as part of the transaction. The full terms were not immediately disclosed. Maverick Energy is the operator of the Big Foot Field in West Texas originally developed by Royal Dutch Shell as well as proprietary owner and operator of several natural gas fields in West Virginia.
