International Petroleum Corp. (IPC) appointed Deborah Starkman to its board of directors effective Nov. 27, according to a Nov. 28 press release.
Prior to joining IPC, Starkman served as the CFO of real estate developer Dream Unlimited Corp. She oversaw financial management, shared services platform, people and culture, office services, legal, treasury and development accounting at Dream, the release added.
Previously, Starkman was also CFO and corporate secretary of Canadian financial firm GMP Capital.
IPC previously announced William Lundin’s appointment to the board effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to the release. With both Starkman and Lundin’s addition, IPC’s board will be increased to eight directors.
