The resulting IndigoPool.com A&D web site will provide access to properties' key technical information, third-party databases and a wide variety of evaluation tools to support the buying and selling of international oil and gas properties. • Petris Technology Inc. has purchased exclusive Internet publishing rights to the 2000 edition of the Oil and Gas Finance Sourcebook from Hart Publications, publisher of Oil and Gas Investor. The information is the first data set available in the new advanced search feature of PetrisX, the Internet data room. The sourcebook is a financial networking tool that contains profiles of investors, property purchasers, financial institutions and consultants. • American Central Gas Technologies Inc., Tulsa, has formed eLynx Technologies LLC, a new company that will provide real-time data collection, production reporting, trending, monitoring and control via the Internet for the oil and gas industry. • Austin-based Drilling Info Inc. recently unveiled its Drillinginfo.com metamediary site focused on the upstream oil and gas business. • IHS Energy Group, Englewood, Colo., has formed an agreement with Denver-based petroWeb, an industry provider of Internet- and intranet-based, distributed-data-management solutions. The companies plan to offer a seamless Internet solutions to the petroleum industry, including application service provider and data service provider components.
