Endeavour International Corp., Houston, (NYSE: END: London: ENDV) has completed the redemption of all of its outstanding $81.25 million of 6% senior notes due 2012. The company redeemed the notes pursuant to their terms at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.
Endeavour is an international oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of energy reserves in the North Sea and United States.
