Edge Natural Resources LLC closed its second private-equity fund, ENR Partners II LP, with $650 million in total commitments, an April 3 press release said.
ENR Partners II will support experienced operators in upstream and oilfield service transactions in an equity range of $25 million to $75 million, just like ENR Partners LP, the inaugural $445.7 million fund which had final close in August 2015.
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP was fund formation counsel. Edge did not engage a placement agent in connection with the formation of the fund.
