Donnycreek Energy Inc. (TSXV: DCK) elected to redeem all of its outstanding 10% debentures due 2014 with such redemption to be effected on June 30.
As at the date hereof, the principal amount of some C $1.6 million of debentures is outstanding. Notwithstanding the election to redeem the outstanding debentures, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the debentures, holders of debentures may convert their debentures into common shares of the company at a conversion price equal to C $1 per share at any time prior to June 28.
