Donnycreek Energy Inc. (TSXV: DCK) elected to redeem all of its outstanding 10% redeemable, convertible, unsecured debentures due June 15, 2014.
Holders of the remaining some C $1.6 million of convertible debentures elected to convert their convertible debentures into common shares at C $1 per share effective June 30. As a result of such conversion, no convertible debentures were redeemed by the company.
The company currently has some 43.3 million common shares issued and outstanding.
