Description

Devon Energy Corp., based in Oklahoma City, completed three Turner producers from a drillpad in the Converse County, Wyo., portion of the Powder River Basin. In Section 35-39n-72w, #26-233972-1XTH RU T-55 Fed initially flowed 1.165 Mbbl of oil, 1.523 MMcf of gas and 1.45 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from a northward lateral that was drilled to 22,022 ft, 11,243 ft true vertical, and bottomed in Section 23-39n-72w. It was tested on a 26/64-in. choke following 46-stage fracturing between 11,752 and 21,838 ft. The #35-023872-1XTH T-55 Fed flowed 1.802 Mbbl of oil, 2.25 MMcf of gas and 1.479 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from a lateral extending southward to 21,269 ft, 11,441 ft true vertical, and bottomed in Section 2-38n-72w. It was tested on a 26/64-in. choke after 42-stage fracturing between 11,930 and 21,120 ft. About 5 miles to the northwest in Section 4-39n-72w, #04-093972-4XTH RU Dilts Fed flowed 1.212 Mbbl of oil, 2.656 MMcf of gas and 1.809 Mbbl of water per day. It was tested on a 30/64-in. choke after 30-stage fracturing between 11,326 and 18,165 ft. The horizontal lateral was drilled to the southeast to 18,345 ft, 11,069 ft true vertical, and bottomed in Section 9-39n-72w.
