Atlas Resource Finance Corp. and Atlas Energy Holdings Operating Co. LLC extended the deadline for a buyback of up to $250 million, in aggregate principal amount, of 9.25% senior notes due 2021, the company said April 28.
The notes will be exchanged for a like principal amount of outstanding, unregistered 9.25% notes due 2021, the companies said.
The offer has been extended to April 29 from April 25, they added. As of April 25, $249,821,000 of the outstanding unregistered notes had been tendered, Atlas Resource and Atlas Energy Holdings noted.
Wells Fargo Bank N.A. is the exchange agent, the companies said.
Philadelphia-based Atlas Resource Partners LP (NYSE: ARP) is an exploration and production MLP with interests in natural gas and oil wells across the U.S.
