Continental Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLR) said on Dec. 4 it intends to offer a series of senior notes due 2028 in a private placement to eligible purchasers.
Continental plans to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay in full and terminate its $500 million term loan and to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its current revolving credit facility.
