Preliminary results from a Caney Shale completion in the Ardmore Basin were announced by BNK Petroleum Inc. The #9-2H Brock is in Section 15-4s-4e of Johnston County, Okla. According to the Camarillo, Calif.-based company, it produced an average of 730 boe/d (approximately 625 bbl of oil and 630 Mcf of gas) during a five-day period while flowing back fracturing fluids. The 15,116-ft venture was drilled to the west to Section 16 then north 1 mile to a bottom-hole location in Section 9-4s-4e. Additional details are not currently available.
