Description

Three horizontal Wolfcamp wells were completed at a Delaware Basin drillpad in Loving County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, by Anadarko Petroleum Corp. The pad is in Section 2, Block 29, PSL Survey, A-985. The #2H Rippin Wrangler C26-19 flowed 1.15 Mbbl of 43.6-degree-gravity crude, 2.788 MMcf of gas and 6.2 Mbbl of water per day from fracture-treated perforations at 12,338-16,694 ft. On a 40/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 1,530 psi. It was drilled to 16,864 ft, 11,987 ft true vertical, and the lateral bottomed 1 mile to the northwest in Section 19, Block C26, PSL Survey, A-1184. The offsetting #3H Rippin Wrangler C26-19 flowed 870 bbl of 42.6-degree-gravity crude, 1.373 MMcf of gas and 6.802 Mbbl of water per day from 12,969-16,945 ft. It was drilled to 17,090 ft, 12,222 ft true vertical. The #4HR Rippin Wrangler C26-19 had an initial flow rate of 1.316 Mbbl of 43-degree-gravity crude, 755 Mcf of gas and 6.69 Mbbl of water per day. Fracture-treated perforations are at 12,700-17,136 ft. It was drilled to 17,305-ft, 12,400 ft true vertical, and bottomed about a mile to the northwest. Anadarko is based in The Woodlands, Texas.
