On June 16, Zargon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TO: ZAR.TO, OTC: ZARFF) said that its vice president of finance and CFO, Jason Dranchuk, will resign July 14.
"We sincerely appreciate Jason's professionalism, commitment and contributions to our company during the last 12 years and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors," said Craig Hansen, president and CEO.
Hansen will become interim CFO while the company searches for Dranchuk’s replacement, Zargon said.
Calgary, Alberta-based Zargon Oil & Gast Ltd. operates in western Canada and in the Williston Basin.
