On May 12, Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ: EROC) said that it intends to appoint Robert M. Haines as interim CFO, to replace Jeff Wood as he retires from the role. Haines is currently the vice president, upstream controller, the company added.
Haines joined the company in 2010, Eagle Rock said, noting that previously, he was the CFO of Beryl Oil & Gas.
"Jeff has been an integral and valuable part of the management team for over five years," said Joseph Mills, chairman of the board and CEO.
Mills added, "We appreciate his many contributions and wish him well in his future endeavors. We are pleased to be able to appoint Bob, on an interim basis, as the CFO. Bob brings over 30 years of experience in upstream accounting and finance and has a deep understanding of the partnership's upstream business, finances and internal accounting controls."
Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP is an MLP with domestic midstream and upstream sectors. It is based in Houston.
