Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) completed its public offering of $1 billion of its 4.3% senior notes due 2024 at 99.791% of par, the company said March 4. Additionally, a public offering of 5.4% senior notes due the same year at 99.676% of par was also closed, the company said.
Net proceeds will repay outstanding amounts under the commercial paper program, fund capex and go to general partnership purposes, Williams Partners said.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets were joint book-running managers, the company said.
Williams Partners LP is a domestic natural gas master limited partnership (MLP) based in Tulsa, Okla.
