Will Monteleone became CFO of Par Pacific Holdings Inc., effective March 21, the company said that day. Currently, Monteleone is senior vice president of M&A and business development at Par Pacific.
Monteleone began his career with Bank of America, and then worked for Equity Group Investments, which continues to be a major shareholder of Par Pacific.
Monteleone succeeds Chris Micklas. Micklas is departing the company, the press release said.
William Pate, CEO, said that Micklas developed Par Pacific’s financial and accounting systems and processes over a three-year period.
Pate also said that Monteleone has held key leadership roles at Par Pacific over the last four years, notably in finance and acquisitions.
