Bruce H. Vincent has been president of Swift Energy Company since November 2004. He is also a member of the Board of Directors, a position to which he was elected on May 10, 2005.

Mr. Vincent is currently vice chairman of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) and a member of the Executive Committee and Regional Board of Directors.

He is also a member of the Board of the Natural Gas Council. In addition, he is a founder and former board member of NAPE.

In December 2008, Mr. Vincent was invited to serve as a member of the National Petroleum Council.
