David Fowler co-founded Simplex Energy Solutions as president in April 2001. Prior to that , he was corporate development coordinator for the independent producer finance group of Range Resources Corp. Over the first 14 years of his career, David served in several management positions for various companies in the insurance and financial services industries. In 1994, he joined Petroleum Listing Service as vice president of operations, overseeing oil and gas property listings, information packages, and marketing oil and gas properties to industry players. Fowler has a bachelors of science in education from Southern Illinois University. Steven H. Pruett is president, chief financial officer and secretary of Legacy Reserves LP. From January 2005 until he joined Legacy, Pruett was a managing director at Quantum Energy Partners. He has held executive positions in other energy companies during his 24 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry with 19 years of experience in the Permian Basin. He has a bachelor of science in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas and a masters of business administration from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
Bill ParsonsVice president of investor relations, Arena Resources Inc. Mr. Parsons is Arena Resources’ vice president and manager of investor relations. Mr. Parsons has worked within the securities industry for the past 25 years. He has served as president of K M Financial, Inc., a Scottsdale, Arizona based company which offers consulting and marketing assistance to young public companies, including Arena Resources Inc.
