Craig Neal, vice president of operations, discussed laterals in the dry-gas Marcellus in Pennsylvania and West Virginia during a session about CONSOL's enhanced completion program at Hart Energy's recent DUG East conference. Completion designs are tailored based on how wells react. One of the best producing areas is still Green Hill, where the company began working in 2008, he said.
