Houston-based Vision Operating Co. has completed a vertical Woodbine well in Polk County (RRC Dist. 3), Texas. The Double A Field discovery is in Isaac H. Pate Survey, A-467, at #1 Blackstone Minerals Unit 1. It was tested flowing 6.187 MMcf of gas and 186 bbl of 51.2-degree-gravity condensate per day from perforations at 14,075-14,137 ft. The venture was drilled to 14,250 ft. Tested on a 12/64-in. choke, the well’s flowing tubing pressure was 7,700 psi, and the shut-in tubing pressure was 8,200 psi. About a mile to the northeast, Vision is waiting on completions tools at a 15,832-ft Woodbine well, #2H Blackstone Minerals.
