Tubular solutions provider Vallourec made several key appointments in its North America region, the company said June 23.
William Gamisans was appointed managing director for Vallourec Tube-Alloy worldwide, effective August 1. Based in Houston, Texas, Gamisans will report to Nicolas de Coignac, president, North America. Currently, Gamisans is the Saint-Saulve Plant director for Vallourec Tubes France’s upstream division.
Trina Rauscher-Cooper will handle human resources for Vallourec Drilling Products and Vallourec Tube-Alloy worldwide. Human resources managers from several divisions, including the North America locations, will report to Rauscher-Cooper. Currently, she is vice president, human resources for Vallourec USA.
Francis Nwabudike was appointed managing director for Vallourec Drilling Products worldwide, effective April 1. Based in Houston, Texas, he will continue reporting to de Coignac. Nwabudike is formerly the president and managing director for Tube-Alloy worldwide.
David Bousquet was appointed vice president, operations support for Vallourec Drilling Products, effective August 1. Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, Bousquet will report to Nwabudike, the company said. Bousquet is currently the general manager for Valinox Nucleaire Tubes Co. Ltd.-China.
de Coignac said the appointments will generate more synergies between OCTG, drilling, accessories and services operations, benefiting North American oil and gas customers and partners.
