United Hunter Oil and Gas Corp. (TSXV: UHO.V) appointed Jeff Ratcliffe as its chief financial officer, the company said Feb. 11. Ratcliffe replaces William R. Smith in the role, the company added.
Ratcliffe comes to United Hunter with seven years’ experience as a certified accountant and chief financial officer and controller, in the oil and gas industry’s global resources sector, the company said.
He became a certified general accountant in May 2013, the company added.
United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp., based in Calgary, explores and develops oil and natural gas properties in Alberta and California.
