Description
A horizontal exploratory test in the Powder River Basin has been completed by Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. Located in Section 26-42n-73w, in Campbell County, Wyo., #142-26H Flatbow was tested flowing 1.04 Mbbl of 46.7-degree-gravity oil, 3.919 MMcf of gas and 954 bbl of water per day. Production is from a horizontal lateral in Turner extending from 9,439 ft southward to 15,815 ft, with a bottomhole location in Section 35-42n-73w and a true vertical depth of 10,942 ft. It was tested on a 28/64-in. choke following 17-stage fracturing at 11,530-15,661 ft. The flowing casing pressure was 2,820 psi.
