On Oct. 18, Canada’s Terrace Energy Corp. said Jennie Choboter was appointed as its CFO. She is replacing Keith Godwin as CFO, who has resigned to pursue another Houston-based oil and natural gas opportunity.
Choboter was the CFO during Terrace’s early years, and later was an accounting and financial consultant to the company.
She is a chartered accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in financial management and general corporate governance. Choboter has worked in senior financial management at natural resources, technology, pulp and paper, and insurance companies.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary.
Terrace Energy extracts unconventional oil and gas in South Texas and other onshore U.S. areas.
