Teine Energy Ltd. priced a private offer of US$350 million, in aggregate principal amount, of senior notes, the company said Sept. 9.
The notes are due 2022, the company said.
Net proceeds will repay outstanding debts under the second-lien term loan facility, and will retire the facility. They will also support general corporate purposes, Teine said.
The offer is scheduled to close Sept. 12, the company added.
Calgary, Alberta-based Teine develops oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
