Swift Energy Co. reported on April 27 that it has a newly constituted board of directors, in conjunction with its recent emergence from Chapter 11 restructuring. The new board is comprised of current CEO Terry Swift and the following members:

--Michael Duginski, currently the president and CEO of Sentinel Peak Resources, a Quantum Energy Partners portfolio E&P company focused in California and the Rocky Mountains.

Previously, Duginski was COO and executive vice president of Berry Petroleum from 2007 to 2013, until Berry’s sale to Linn Energy. Duginski began his career with Texaco in 1988.

--Most recently, from July 2012 to February 2015, Gabriel Ellisor was CFO of Three Rivers Operating Co. II; from 2010 to 2012, he was CFO of Three Rivers Operating Co. I. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Ellisor was a principal at Rivington Capital Advisors from 2008 to 2010.

Ellisor has worked in oil and gas industry finance for about 19 years, at First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas and elsewhere.

--David Geenberg is currently co-head of the North American investment team at Strategic Value Partners (SVP), focusing on energy, merchant power and infrastructure; he joined SVP in 2009.

Previously, from 2005 to 2009, Geenberg worked at Goldman Sachs & Co., most recently in its Infrastructure Investment Group and Principal Investment Area focused on power, utility and infrastructure businesses and prior to that, in the Natural Resources Group in investment banking.

--Peter Kirchof is currently a managing director and member of the North American investment team and a senior operating professional responsible for growing and developing SVP’s North American portfolio companies.

Kirchof has significant experience in portfolio company value creation across a variety of industries, including energy.

--Most recently, Charles Wampler was COO of Aspect Holdings, president of Aspect Energy and General Exploration Partners (GEP); he has also been a board member for GEP from 2007 to 2016.

Prior to joining Aspect, Wampler was COO of Lewis Energy Group and from 2004 to 2007, was a board member.
