Sonde Resources Corp., already listed on the New York Stock Exchange MKT under the ticker SOQ, will also now be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the company said Feb. 14.
It will list on Feb. 19, the company added, noting that it will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange (SOQ.TO), where it also trades, at the close of business Feb. 18.
Its ticker on the TSX Venture will be SOQ, the company said.
Sonde will stay on the New York Stock Exchange MKT, the company added.
Sonde Resources Corp. is a Calgary-based oil and natural gas E&P company with operations in western Canada as well as offshore North Africa.
