Description

A permit was issued to GRMR Oil & Gas LLC to drill a slant/horizontal Niobrara test in the Sand Wash Basin’s Waddle Creek Field area in Moffat County, Colo. The #29-13 Bert-Federal is in Section 29-5n-90w. It will be drilled to the west to a total depth of 8,239 ft and a true vertical depth of 5,516 ft. It will bottom in Section 30-5n-90w. The well is on the same drillpad as the one used for a noncommercial, vertical Niobrara producer, #13-29 Beaver-Durham. The 4,631-ft well was completed in 1976 initially pumping four bbl of oil per day from Niobrara at 3,330-4,630 ft. It was shut in upon completion and has never been placed into production. GRMR is based in Broomfield, Colo.
