Saturn Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SMI.V) brought on FronTier Merchant Capital Group, an investor relations company, to provide it with investor relations services and support its international market communications initiatives, the company said April 10.
The company retained FronTier for a year at CA$5,000 per month, plus direct expenses, Saturn Minerals said.
Also, FronTier subscribed to 634,000 common units that were offered at 15 cents each in a March 24 private placement, Saturn Minerals said.
Vancouver, British Columbia-based Saturn Minerals Inc. operates oil and coal properties in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
FronTier Merchant Capital Group is based in Toronto.
