Rango Energy Inc. (OTC: RAGO), which had announced in January that Harp Sangha would step down as CEO, said April 1 that he will remain in the role.
Sangha will also continue as the company’s chairman, president and secretary, Rango Energy noted.
“Mr. Sangha has been a driving force for Rango Energy in its efforts to acquire and develop viable projects and exciting opportunities for the company and its shareholders. The board looks forward to his continued efforts in successful promotion and leadership of the company,” Rango Energy said.
It was “in the company’s best interest” for Sangha to continue as its CEO, Rango Energy added.
Rango Energy Inc. acquires, develops and produces domestic oil and natural gas.
