Shane M. Bayless will step down as CFO and executive vice president of Sabine Oil & Gas LLC, the company said Aug. 6.
Bayless has served as CFO since 2007, and will depart to “pursue other opportunities,” the company said, noting that his departure will be effective with the closing of the merger with Forest Oil Corp. (NYSE: FST)
"Shane has been a great asset to the company and we thank him for all his contributions," said David Sambrooks, CEO. "We wish him every success in his future endeavors. He will be missed."
"It's been an incredible experience to be a part of building Sabine over the past seven years, but I am now looking forward to new challenges," said Bayless.
