Rosetta Resources Inc. (NYSE: ROSE) upsized and priced the offer of senior unsecured notes that it opened May 21, the company said later that day. The offer was increased to $500 million from $400 million, in aggregate principal amount, of 5.875% notes due 2024, the company said May 21.

Net proceeds will repay outstanding revolving credit facility borrowings, and will also support general corporate purposes, the company said.

The offer is scheduled to close May 29, the company said.

J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities LLC, BMO Capital Markets and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities are joint book-running managers, the company said.
