Rockefeller Hughes Corp. (TSXV: RHC.V) appointed David Sederis as its CFO, the company said July 21.
Sederis has more than 20 years’ experience in business, the company said. He has worked as the CFO for an oilfield services-related manufacturing firm, as the head of planning and economics for an international exploration and production company, as the senior vice president of an energy-focused investment bank and as an economic adviser at a midstream company, the company noted.
Sederis has a degree in finance and economics from the University of Western Ontario, and a degree in management from Wilfrid Laurier University, the company said. He also has an MBA from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and is a certified public accountant, Rockefeller Hughes added.
Toronto-based Rockefeller Hughes Corp. explores and produces oil in Texas.
