Ridgemont Equity Partners closed the Ridgemont Equity Partners II LP (REP II) fund with $995 million in commitments, the firm said Nov. 11.
It was closed at the hard cap, and fundraising was finished in late October. The general partner also provided a commitment.
Since 1993, Ridgemont’s principals set about $3.5 billion across 124 investments. REP II will support buyout and growth capital investments of $25 million to $100 million in industries that include the energy sector.
Brooklands Capital Strategies was the strategic fundraising adviser for REP II.
