Charles Lee Reynolds III retired as a director on the board of directors at New Source Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of New Source Energy Partners LP, the company said June 30. His retirement is effective immediately, New Source added.
Richard D. Finley was appointed to New Source Energy Partners GP’s board, effective immediately. Finley will step down as CFO of the general partner, the company added, noting that no replacement will be named at this time.
Oklahoma City-based New Source Energy Partners LP operates in east-central Oklahoma.
