Range Resources Corp. (NYSE: RRC) said on May 27 that it will redeem all of its 8% senior subordinated notes due 2019.
They will be redeemed on June 26, Range said.
The notes had an aggregate principal amount of $300 million, the company said. They were priced at 104% of the unpaid principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest, Range added.
The notes’ trustee was the The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. N.A., the company said.
Fort Worth, Texas-based Range Resources Corp. produces domestic oil and natural gas.
